Cookie Schwartz, the founder of Tri-Valley Investigations,   is a licensed private investigator, No. PI 18825, as well as a Certified   Fraud Specialist. She has extensive experience and training in all types of   investigations and carefully supervises each and every assignment. Prior to   doing investigative work, Cookie had a background as a legal assistant to   numerous attorneys as well as years of working within governmental agencies.
